Harvard Law School and CJPP Hiring Empirical Research Fellow

The Empirical Research Fellow will assist a team of Harvard Law School professors and attorneys in the preparation of a report on racial disparities in the Massachusetts criminal justice system. This will include:
•    Collecting, managing, and structuring quantitative datasets
•    Designing templates for data distribution in close collaboration with the providers of the original data
•    Statistical analyses of complex datasets and interpretation of results
•    Communication of results in graphics and reports

It is expected that the research fellow will become an integral member of the research team with substantial responsibility for data collection, management, and analysis. The research fellow will work closely with data professionals in the Massachusetts judiciary and elsewhere, and with Ph.D.-trained faculty at Harvard Law School. The position should therefore serve as an excellent platform for those considering graduate school, law school, or business school in the future.
